Cable TV
Broadcasting Programs are transmitted from broadcast stations and satellites to KAMON Center.
In the future, they will also be transmitted through the Internet (this is now in testing).
From KAMON Center to the individual service areas, programs are transmitted using an exclusive cable system (optical fiber and metal cables).
For new customers, some installation work needs to done.
A new surge protector box will be installed on the outside of the house.
Lead cables to your television inside will usually use existing fixtures like the air-conditioner pipe cover or ventilation unit.
The indoor wiring is usually "exposed" wiring attached to the wall and ceiling joint.
It is done as neat and discreetly as possible along the best route and you may choose the cable color either black or gray.
Cable Internet
KAMON Center is connected to the Internet by an exclusive line, and then connected to your home by the KAMON cable trunk.
From the surge protector, an additional cable will be installed to the cable modem, also usually with exposed wiring as described for cable TV.
Connection of the cable modem to the PC, adjusting, and setting up the PC are the responsibility of the user.
